Rick Koehn has been in the mortgage business since 1994 and well versed in all types of mortgage lending, which includes Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs. I was an owner and mortgage broker before starting The Koehn Mortgage Group. I’ve trained loan officers, processors, and have taught mortgage originators in all aspects and areas of mortgage lending.

My years of experience in this industry has led me to the conclusion that product knowledge and the upfront education of the buyer is paramount. With my ability to customize a loan program which not only meets the needs of the borrower now but also in the future, is the key to a successful transaction.
